We do not have a minimum order requirement. We can do as little as one or as many as you need.

Our normal turn-around time for smaller quantities is 3-5 business days. Depending on our production schedule, some orders can be completed within 2 days. For larger orders, please allow 7-10 days once your order has been processed and artwork has been approved.

We’ll be more than happy to assist with any artwork if needed. All custom designs, concepts, layouts, and art recreation may require a $25 design fee.

Yes, we accept “print ready” customer-supplied files in the following formats: .ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf, or .jpg. PLEASE NOTE: because of the variance in colors from monitor to monitor, Just Saying! Design does not guarantee a 100% accurate color match on supplied files. If you would like to provide a PMS color for us to use, we will do everything on our part to match it the best we can. “Print Ready” files do not include the following formats: Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, or PowerPoint) files, or low resolution jpegs or bitmaps. Any files of this nature will be reviewed with you before your order is started.

Absolutely! We can ship your order anywhere in the United States that UPS delivers. Just provide the shipping address when you are requesting information as we will have a shipping estimate sent with your proof and price quote.

No, Just Saying! Design does not offer any kind of sampling. We do provide you with a digital mockup of what the final product should look like when completed. Because colors vary from monitor to actual product, we cannot guarantee a 100% accurate color match from your mockup to your finished product.

Unfortunately, you cannot. WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY. This is a custom industry and all items are custom made to order. It is always best to request product measurement charts to ensure proper fit for the people you are buying for PRIOR to finalizing your order.

Absolutely! In most cases we can turn an order around in 3 days, sometimes even same day, depending on our production schedule and the size of the order. Keep in mind that there is a Rush Order Fee based on a percentage of the invoice total and deadline.
